1)Throw a ball up 5 feet or more and catch. One time for each year. If you're 5, do it 5 times in a row. If you're 9 years old, do it 9 times in a row!
2) Run for 60 seconds outside at full speed. It can be in a circle.
3) Jump up and down 10 times for each year. If you're 6, jump 60 times.
